Because books are shipped quickly to order, we do not accept general returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless there is a quality issue with your book.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Damaged/Quality Issues

Refunds Policies

Book Orders Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our books. We can issue refunds or exchanges for orders with quality issues such as damaged, defective, or misprinted books. Orders are eligible for refunds if they meet these requirements and you provide us with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue within 30 days of delivery.

Books must be returned in their original condition for non-quality-related returns. Please contact us before returning any items.

Refund Processing Time:

  • PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
  • Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
